Refund policy
If you pay and a token is not delivered, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund. Because tokens are digital codes consumed on use, the following terms apply.
When you get a refund or replacement
- Payment succeeded but no token was delivered.
- A token was confirmed faulty on its first use (contact us before reusing it).
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
When refunds don’t apply
- The token was delivered and already used to check a result.
- You bought the wrong product but the delivered token is valid and unused — we’ll help, but can’t refund a working, delivered token automatically.
- Issues with your result content (grades, withheld results) — these are NECO matters, not token faults.

Email [email protected] (or use the contact form) with your order reference. We aim to respond within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
